Order Processing:

We understand you're eager to receive your order, and we aim to process all online purchases within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that custom-made products require an additional 5 working days for production before dispatch.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Delivery Policy:

Orders totalling R2000 or more qualify for free delivery within South Africa. A shipping fee of R150 applies to orders below this amount. All deliveries are handled via standard delivery through our contracted courier, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days from dispatch. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Customers in rural or outlying areas may experience an additional 3 days for delivery, as some of these areas are not serviced daily.

Please also note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as Black Friday and the Festive Season, due to increased demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, and delivery updates will be shared via our courier partner.

Free shipping on all orders of R1500 and above. All other orders are subject to a flat shipping rate of R100. Currently only shipping available in South Africa.

We want you to love your EquiHaute pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for return:

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

Return shipping:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as EquiHaute is not liable for items lost in transit back to us.

How to return an item:
1. Email hello@equihaute.co.za with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return
2. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address
3. Pack the item securely and send it back within the 30-day window
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding original delivery fees.

Faulty or incorrect items:

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, in this case, return shipping is on us.

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale items
